It was the most boooorrrrrring Flavor of Love Reunion special. AND…it was so fake!! Flavor Flav and Thing 2 barely even looked at each other. Probably to keep from laughing.
So here’s the rundown:
Flavor Flav debuted a bald head. He actually looks good despite the pink suit and silly crown he wore. Shy cried because the show ruined her career as an actress because noone wants to do a scene with the girl with the “stanky breath.
Sinceer and Seesinz argued and had to be separated. Predictable.
At the end, Thing 2 comes out and gives Flav a hug. He says, “Out of all my shows that I’ve done, this moment right here is the hardest for me. This is my third season of Flavor Of Love and everything, you know what I mean, and I went through sixty-five women.”
He did a good job preparing us for nothing.
So he goes on and lets everyone know he has been spending a lot of time with his new son Karma and Karma’s mom, Liz and says, “The best gift that a man can ever give a child is to love his mother, and you know, I do love his mom.”
Thing 2, still not making eye contact, seems to be ok with the outcome and says they will always be friends.
So Flavor brings his son Karma and Karma’s mom, Liz out. He gets down on one knee and gives her the raggediest proposal I have ever seen. She says, “Finally” and now Flavor of Love is officially love and the love he ended up with is the one who was there all the time. How she remained through 3 seasons of this foolishness is beyond me but I’m sure there will be a reality show following them to the altar.
Sydney Pollack, director of “Tootsie” dies
Sydney Pollack, director of notable films “They Shoot Horses Don’t They?” , “Tootsie”, “Out of Africa” and “Absence of Malice,” died at his home yesterday from cancer. He was 73.
Sydney was also a movie producer and actor filming his last role in “Made of Honor,” a romantic comedy currently in theaters, where he played the oft-married father of star Patrick Dempsey’s character.
Lindsay and Samantha’s makeout session
Lindsay Lohan was spotted kissing her “friend” Samantha Ronson at Cannes. The two who are inseperable were on the top deck at Diddy’s yacht party cuddling. Lohan has repeatedly denied any rumors that she and Ronson are more than friends
So you think you can Dance Alien Audition
The first night of “So You Think You Can Dance” featured a lot of great dancers and less talentless audition. There was nothing that prepared me for the audition of Robert Muraine, a street popper and self taught contortionist from LA. He will never win “So you Think you can Dance” but he will become successful. Definitely the best audition of 2008.

Nick Cries in Jail….Yawn
Nick Hogan (Bollea), who is serving eight months in the Pinellas County Jail for reckless driving, spends two hours a day on the phone. According to ABC Action NewsInmates are allowed to use the phone as much as they want as long as it’s during free time and the other party accepts the charges. He made a call to his mother right after he went to jail:
Nick Bollea: “Had I known this, I would have rather gone to trial or I would rather, you know, appeal the case or something. I can’t deal with this for eight months. It’s (Bollea’s cell) like the size of my bathroom.”
Linda Bollea: “Oh!”
Nick: “No windows or nothing. Just one little top bed thing.”
Linda: “Oh my God!”
I’m pretty sure his bathroom is way bigger than the cell he’s in but he’ll get it over it. That is nothing compared to what John Graziano, the victim, has to go through. He’s in a cell by himself because he is one of only two minors serving time in the adult facility.
Nick: “All you do is sit there and think, and there’s nothing to think about.”
Linda: “We’ll get through it.”
Nick: “Yeah.”
Linda: “Prove to everyone you’ve learned your lesson and be more careful.”
Its nice to see someone is accepting the fact that his actions were idiotic even though Linda was the person that encouraged his drag racing.
Oprah Winfrey Going on a 21 Day Detox Diet
Oprah Winfrey, 54, is going vegan for a 21-day detox plan. That means no animal products. She’s also banning caffeine, sugar, gluten and alcohol. She got the idea from Kathy Freston’s book Quantum Wellness. For those of you who want to follow in her footsteps, she will be blogging about it daily with tips, meal plans and recipes, as well as the diets ups and downs.
Steven Curtis Chapman’s daughter struck by car
The 5-year-old daughter of Grammy-winning Christian music star Steven Curtis Chapman was struck and killed Wednesday by a sport utility vehicle driven by her brother, authorities said.

The girl, Maria Sue, was hit in the driveway of the family’s home Wednesday afternoon by a Toyota Land Cruiser driven by her teenage brother, said Laura McPherson, a spokeswoman for the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
The brother, whose name and exact age weren’t available, apparently did not see the girl, McPherson said. No charges are expected.
“It looks like a tragic accident,” she said.
Several family members witnessed the accident, which happened in Williamson County just south of Nashville. The girl died later at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, hospital spokeswoman Laurie Holloway said.
In a statement, Velvet Kelm, a publicist for Chapman, said Maria was the Chapmans’ youngest daughter.

David Cook Wins American Idol
Tonight Simon said he didnt care who won because both Davids were deserving of the American Idol title. But after a star studded show an emotional David Cook won by 12 million votes.
Tonights show was actually pretty good. Of course all 12 finalists came back and butchered a few songs. Watching Brooke White and David Archuleta trying to move to the beat was painful
The guests tonight were Seal, who sang with Syesha and because she’s special, she got to sing with Donna Summer too. Bryan Adams and Jimmy Kimmel were there. Mike Myers even showed up to give advice as the Love Guru. The Jonas Brothers were there. Need I say more?
ZZ Top and David Cook perfomed together. David Archuleta sang “Apologize” with One Republic and sang the song better.
Jordan Sparks performed but she was not exciting and was just there wasting time. Carrie Underwood of course stole the show with “Last Name” .
The best part of the night is when Robert Downey Jr, Ben Stiller and Jack Black performed with a twenty something Gladys Knight as her Pips. I could not stop laughing!!
Right before they announced the winner, George Michael took the stage. I thought I was gonna pass out! Even though he’s had his public bathroom and drug problems, he’s still George Michael and his performance made Paula cry. Yeah, no surprises there.
So David Cook was joined onstage by his mother and brother who is the reason why he auditioned in the first place. He sang the winning song effortlessly and hugged David Archuleta continuously.
America, I think you really picked a winner this year.
The show ended with David Cook’s brother mouthing these words into the camera, “That’s my brother”.

Lou Pearlman sentenced to 25 years!!
The man who created the Backstreet Boys and ‘N Sync has been sentenced to 25 years in prison on four federal charges.
Pearlman pleaded guilty in March to two counts of conspiracy and single counts of money laundering and presenting a false claim in bankruptcy court.
Judge G. Kendall Sharp apparently loves telling jokes because he said Wednesday he would reduce the sentence by one month for every $1 million Lou Pearlman returned to the investors he stole from. Good luck with that.
