High School Musical 3: Senior Year Premiere, Madrid

So far Vanessa Hudgens has been lighting up the red carpet with her young and fun style at the High School Musical 3: Senior Year Premieres in Madrid. First wearing a beaded Blumarine flapper dress with Jimmy Choo strappy sandals and a fur stole. On the next premiere night she wore a black beaded Jenny Packham cocktail dress, with a black satin Mary Norton clutch. She wore a jade Black Halo one shoulder mini Jackie dress on the third night with black peep-toe booties.

She looked great every night.

On the other hand…

Ashley Tisdale started off okay with a modified white Blumarine Fall 2008 dress and metallic sandals. Then she wore a stunning champagne Roberto Cavalli Spring 2008 dress with Christian Louboutin Very Noeud slingbacks. She lost it on the third night by wearing a fuchsia 12th Street by Cynthia Vincent blouse, a silver Development by Erica Davies silk eyelash skirt, leggings and blue Stuart Weitzman heels. Absolutely too much going on there.

2008 Primetime Emmy Awards Red Carpet

Vanessa Williams shines as always on the red carpet with her one shoulder Kevin Hall gown.

Kyra Sedgwick wore a very simple white L’Wren Scott sheath, Fred Leighton jewels and Jimmy Choo sandals.

Debra Messing is wearing a black silk tulle gown from Monique Lhuillier Spring 2009 and Fred Leighton diamonds.

Terri Hatcher is wearing one of my favorite designers, Monique Lhuillier. She definitely stands out in yellow.

Sandra Oh, from Grey’s Anatomy, is wearing a embellished lace Oscar de la Renta gown which is right on trend for the fall, Bulgari jewels and a vintage Chanel purse.

Brooke Shields is definitely a front runner in a fuchsia tiered Badgley Mischka gown and Fred Leighton diamonds.

This is a great color on her.

Heidi Klum arrived at the 2008 Primetime Emmy Awards in an asymmetrical gray Armani Privé gown. I love her Lorraine Schwartz butterfly earrings.

Kate Walsh is wearing a black Zuhair Murad gown, a Jimmy Choo clutch and she is wearing $1 million worth of Neil Lane diamonds. I’m sure a bodyguard is not too far behind.

Julia Louise-dreyfus is sexy in her salmon-colored silk gown by Narciso Rodriguez. The silhouette is great!

The Carolina Herrera Pre-Fall 2008 dress that Jennifer Love Hewitt is wearing is adorable but for some reason she decided to keep her hair casual.

Evangeline Lily is wearing an Elie Saab couture embroidered and sequined gown and Kwiat diamonds.

Felicity Huffman dazzled in her Reem Acra gown. The dress fits her perfectly.

Christina Applegate has survived cancer and she is gorgeous in a blue asymmetric Reem Acra gown with gold print, Lorraine Schwartz diamonds and Jimmy Choo heels

Cynthia Nixon looks ordinary in her aqua Calvin Klein gown. To me, the dress just falls flat.

Oh Phoebe Price…….

Nicollette Sheridan is stunning in her purple Angel Sanchez gown. The pleats make this dress pop.


Mariska Hartigay looks stunning in a Carolina Herrera marigold gown, accessorized with Fred Leighton jewelry and Jimmy Choo heels.

Marcia Cross looks like a princess in a tulle-skirted Elie Saab Haute Couture dress, Rene Caovilla heels and Hearts on Fire diamonds

Jenna Fischer, from The Office, looks great in this strapless green chiffon Gustavo Cadile gown.

Olivia Wilde is probably the best dressed of the night in her pearl Reem Acra gown, Jimmy Choo heels, Stuart Weitzman clutch and Kwiat jewels.

Gorgeous.

Tina Fey arrived at the Emmys in an eggplant strapless David Meister gown. Loves it.

I love the ruching on America Ferrera’s black bubble hem dress. The length is a little off. She accessorizes with Fred Leighton antique diamonds and Rene Caovilla lace pumps.

Hayden Panettiere always looks sophisticate, despite her age, on the red carpet. Here she is wearing a beaded satin Badgley Mischka gown and antique Fred Leighton diamonds.

Eva Longoria wore a light blue flapper style Marchesa dress. Not too sure about the shoes or the bow.

2008 MTV Video Music Awards ~ Red Carpet

Here are the celebs that hit the red carpet at he 2008 MTV VMAS

Taylor Swift, who was nominated for Best New Artist wears a beige Kaufman Franco ballerina

dress with Guiseppe Zanotti shoes. Her metallic accessories saved her.

I thought I would see the HIlls star in something from her own line but

Lauren Conrad decided to take the plunge in a white Pogah Couture hand-painted minidress.

She completed the look with shoes by Sergio Rossi shoes, Levian jewelry and Kara Ross clutch.

Her braided updo softens the look.

Mel B arrived sparkling in a Dolce & Gabbana mini.

Audrina Patridge arrived in a gold sequined dress with a chiffon bubble layer.

She added strappy metallic sandals and a Daniel Swarovski clutch.

Jordin Sparks attended the VMAs in a black sequined Betsey Johnson dress which she

acented with a hot pink belt, Surly Girl clutch and Sergio Rossi heels.

Ashley Tisdale was sparkling in her white Roberto Cavalli mini dress.

Her jewelry is from H. Stern and her Sergio Rossi sandals I love.

Rihanna is scared of nothing. She wore a Peter Pilotto modified skirt and bustier with

white T-strap pumps. I’m loving the streaks in her hair. Just when you thought she couldnt up

her game……

I am not feeling this look on Solange but it definitely a step up from what she wore

to Fashion Rocks the other night. I like the tiered trapeze dress and the Fendi clutch but

the dress color and lipstick adds 15 years to her age.

I like Nicky Hilton’s satin Christian Louboutin pumps and that’s all I like. Even though

her dress has a few fall trends in the details, the exposed zipper and lace, it still doesn’t work.

Her hair is just blah.

I’m not really feeling the hair or dress on Keri Hilson but I love the Gucci ‘babouska’ open toe studded booties

Christina Aguilera with a curvy post baby bod, hit the VMAS red carpet in a lace and beaded

Roberto Cavalli gown and Stephen Webster jewels. I dont like the makeup on her though.

Ciara looks great in her silver Dolce & Gabbana dress with the patent leather belt

that accentuates her waistline something serious! Of course she has on the Christian Louboutin Pumps

Fabulous

A very pregnant Ashlee Simpson hit the red carpet in an Alexander Mcqueen gown.

She looks like she’s ready to pop.

Lindsay Lohan kept it simple with a short satin dress from House of Holland

and purple Yves Saint Laurent platforms.

She lightened and added waves in her hair but I prefer it straight and darker.

Katy Perry let us all know that she pulled this together from vintage stores even

secured a pin in her hair with bobby pins. If she loves it, I love it! Such Confidence!

Heidi Montag wore a black off the shoulder sequined black minidress with the must have of the fall season,

the Gucci studded booties.
