Scarlett is proof that if you have money, you can just about do anything. Aol has her single “Falling Down”, a cover of Tom Waits’ song from 1988’s “Bigg Time”. It’s pretty wild! It sounds like a voicebox was used about 40 times. Her album is full of Tom Waits songs with one original.
