Nick Cries in Jail….Yawn

Nick Hogan (Bollea), who is serving eight months in the Pinellas County Jail for reckless driving, spends two hours a day on the phone. According to ABC Action NewsInmates are allowed to use the phone as much as they want as long as it’s during free time and the other party accepts the charges. He made a call to his mother right after he went to jail:

Nick Bollea: “Had I known this, I would have rather gone to trial or I would rather, you know, appeal the case or something. I can’t deal with this for eight months. It’s (Bollea’s cell) like the size of my bathroom.”
Linda Bollea: “Oh!”
Nick: “No windows or nothing. Just one little top bed thing.”
Linda: “Oh my God!”
I’m pretty sure his bathroom is way bigger than the cell he’s in but he’ll get it over it. That is nothing compared to what John Graziano, the victim, has to go through. He’s in a cell by himself because he is one of only two minors serving time in the adult facility.

Nick: “All you do is sit there and think, and there’s nothing to think about.”
Linda: “We’ll get through it.”
Nick: “Yeah.”
Linda: “Prove to everyone you’ve learned your lesson and be more careful.”

Its nice to see someone is accepting the fact that his actions were idiotic even though Linda was the person that encouraged his drag racing.

    Oh wait…you have your friend there paying his time…he’s the one that is permanently injured. Ohhhhhh God forbid poor Nickie go through anything by himself, so what’s he do….he permanently injurs his friend.

    For pete’s sake, none of you even deserve 15 seconds of fame let along 15 whole minues.

    She thinks it’s sooooooooooo bad for her son to be responsible for his actions. “oooh no my little boy is in jail with all those mean men and he is in solitary confinment…that is not fair”…what did she say in their phone call, that XXX criminals usually get that??? WTF??? Is she talking pornos or criminals. Jeeeezus put down the fucking crack pipe lady!

    They ALL deserve to be in jail.
