Nick (Bollea) Hogan sentenced to 8 months in jail!!!!
Nick Hogan who’s real name is Nick Bollea was sentenced to 8 months in county jail. Nick, who showed no emotion, was taken away immediately. He was able to wave to his family before he was taken away. 17-year-old Bollea pleaded “no contest” on charges of felony reckless driving. which stem from a car crash last August which left his best friend, John Graziano, with serious brain injuries. The car hit a palm tree. It was later revealed that he had been racing at speeds up to 100mph and he had been drinking.
Brooke probably messed it up for him when she showed up to court looking as if she had come from the strip club. His family left the courtroom right after that and bolted to an awaiting van not speaking to reporters.
This is his sentence:
- - 8 Months in Jail
- - 5 years Probation
- - 500 Hours of community service
- - 3 Years of Drivers License suspension
- - No alcohol for 5 years
- - DUI school completed within the first year of probation
- - Has to Pay all court costs.
