Miley out of the public eye…for now


This just won’t go away! If this continues, I’m gonna have to add a Miley Cyrus category. No one is taking the blame for the lapse in judgement in regards to these photos and it’s getting ridiculous. Bill O’Reilly said on his show Monday night, “‘We made a mistake, here’s why and it won’t happen again,” I totally agree! Oprah can fix anything. I’m still trying to figure out why she’s in Vanity Fair anyway. They are definitely going to sell more than they’ve ever sold tomorrow when the June issues hits that stands. So while Vanity Fair will totally be in your face, Miley Cyrus will not.

According to the New York Post, The Disney Channel, whose “Hannah Montana” empire is worth nearly $1 billion, has ordered Miley to lie low.

“You won’t be seeing her for a while,” a highranking Disney employee was overheard saying this weekend at a luncheon in LA, according to Page Six. “The company is keeping her away from events and wants her to keep a very low profile for the next four to six months. They’re trying to keep her contained.”

Sounds good but they should take her digital camera away. Teen+Time+Digital Camera=Trouble

Christian DeLafuente injured on DWTS

Christian DeLafuente injured himself while performing with Cheryl Burke on Dancing With the Stars Monday night and was rushed to the hospital.
They were doing their second dance and something happened to his forearm.
“When we were dancing I fell back into his arms and I heard something crack,” Burke told PEOPLE between tears after the show. “I am so worried. He is not a wuss. He tried to finish the dance.”

Lionezz Step Off!!

After a male rapper look alike contest, an escalated fight between Chiba and Biata, and cameos from Too Short and Ghostface Killah, the cute girl from Germany by way of Orlando, was eliminated tonight. I knew Lionezz’s days were numbered from the beginning of Miss Rap Supreme. She has heart but her raps were always weak and the flow just wasn’t there. Cheri Oteri’s dad murdered

The father of Saturday Night Live alum, Cheri Oteri was murdered by Richard William Fagan, a country singer songwriter.

Fagan, 61, has been charged with criminal homicide in the death of Gaetano Thomas Oteri, 69, the Associated Press reports. The two were roommates.

Fagan was arrested Saturday night for a DUI. The songwriter told police that a fight had occurred around 9 p.m. between the two men, and that Fagan used a Colt pocket knife to cut Oteri across his body before leaving the scene, according to affidavits. Oteri’s body was discovered by a friend on Sunday afternoon.

Mariah Carey & Nick Cannon engaged?

Mariah Carey attended Tribeca Film Festival premiere of “Tennessee” last night sporting what appears to be an engagement ring. There have been rumors circulating about Nick Cannon and Mariah dating but I feel very confident saying she is NOT engaged to Nick Cannon. Actually I don’t think anyone can love Mariah Carey more than she loves herself!

People reports: “Mariah Carey stayed close to Nick Cannon at the afterparty for her new film, Tennessee, on Saturday night.”

“The pair held hands at the bash at Tenjune, which followed the movie’s premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival. The two also looked cozy in Vegas on April 14. When asked about a possible engagement, Cannon’s rep had no comment; Carey’s was unable to be reached for comment.”

Asked what he loved about Carey, Cannon, 27, told PEOPLE: “Everything.” He was at her side from 8 p.m. to about 10:45 p.m. in Tenjune’s VIP room, where they were joined by her BFF, Da Brat. Zoe Kravitz and Ben Kingsley also stopped by.

Annie Lebovitz speaks!


The Miley Cyrus Vanity Fair Photo Scandal is still major news. Why? I have no idea!

Annie Lebovitz issued this statement:
“I’m sorry that my portrait of Miley has been misinterpreted,” she said in a statement. “Miley and I looked at fashion photographs together, and we discussed the picture in that context before we shot it.

“The photograph is a simple, classic portrait, shot with very little makeup, and I think it is very beautiful.”

Michele Combs, a spokesperson for the Christian Coalition of America, tells Us Magazine that Disney should reprimand the Hannah Montana singer for the photo.

Combs adds that Leibovitz has “a reputation for doing racy things … Miley should have thought this out before she agreed to go in front of Annie.”

Jail Bait!

The NY Daily News is reporting that Roger Clemens had a decade long affair with country music star Mindy McCready that started when she was just 15 years old. At the time Clemens, a Red Sox pitcher, was 28 years old with a wife and two kids.

He confirmed a long-term relationship but denied that it was of a sexual nature.

“He flatly denies having had any kind of an inappropriate relationship with her,” his lawyer, Rusty Hardin said. “He’s considered her a close family friend. … He has never had a sexual relationship with her.”

Hardin said the Rocket’s wife, Debbie, knew McCready and that the singer had traveled on his plane.

Who lets a 15 year old carry out a long term (non sexual ….right) relationship with a married man?!! Something like this could mess up a teenager’s mind and might explain why her life has spiraled out of control.

She is addicted to Oxycontin and served a year in jail for violating parole. The list goes on:

-identity theft,

-assault and battery,

-DUIs,

-a drug overdose, a suicide attempt,

-parole violation

I can’t wait to hear Debbie’s side of the story.
