David Blaine set a new world record for holding his breath. By doing it in 17 minutes and 4 seconds, he beat the previous record of 16 minutes and 32 seconds.

The Illinois Supreme Court decided Wednesday that it will not hear the case by Karla Knafel against basketball legend Michael Jordan. Jordan and Knafel went to court in 2002 after Knafel claimed he agreed in 1991 to pay her $5 million when he retired from the NBA as long as she kept their affair secret.

‘CSI’ Star Gary Dourdan, Busted for Heroin, Coke, Ecstasy
CSI’s” Gary Dourdan was busted in Palm Springs yesterday on suspicion of possessing heroin, cocaine, ecstasy and prescription drugs. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the actor was asleep in his car at 5:21 AM when they approached the vehicle and made the bust.
I’m sure he’ll be making his “rehab” announcement by this evening.
