Anne Heche is broke
Anne Heche is off the hook for the month of July because an L.A. County Superior Court judge has suspended Heche’s obligation to pay child support temporarily. Heche has been unemployed since January except for a short termt contract which she received $65,000.

Heche has been paying $14,798 for her son Homer’s child support and private school tuition, mortgage on her house in Canada, rent on a house in LA and other expenses. She said she has a grand total of $34,840.93 in her accounts and she’s $364,000 in the hole.
“Since January 18, 2008, I have been unemployed and had no income from employment except for one very short-term contract for a movie role for which I received a total of $65,00, approximately the amount I received for one episode of Men In Trees,” she wrote in court documents. “I do receive some residuals from previous acting work. However, the amounts are nominal and are offset by recurring business expenses that must be paid whether or not I am working.”
Anne has been shelling out $14,798 in monthly support, plus private school tuition for her 6-year-old son Homer, the mortgage on her house in Canada where Men In Trees filmed, rent on her Los Angeles home and car expenses.
“I am continuing to look for work, but I have no offers pending and the impending strike by the Screen Actors Guild reduces my prospects for work even further,” Anne’s court documents said.
It looks like someone needs to hit the pavement.
Who is Mark Sudack?

It’s all about the Davids on American Idol
First off, I am so glad American Idol has one more show this season. I dread watching it every week but I can’t stay away from it. Crazy…..yeah I know.
Anyway, we will see David Cook and David Archuleta in the finals. No surprise here. Syesha Mercado was eliminated and everyone, including herself, knew she was going home tonight. She didnt even cry when they gave her the mic to sing her last song.
Tonight’s show was pretty interesting. Each idol went back to their hometown where May 9, was officially declared their day. There were thousands of screaming fans awaiting the idols. It was pretty overwhelming and all 3 cried. There was an awkward and very touching moment where Syesha’s dad talked about struggling with drugs and alcohol: “This is like a natural high for me. It’s reason to stay clean.”
Fantasia Barrino performed her new song “Bore Me”
Awww Lawd Fantasia! Fantasia had on an unflattering outfit and her hair is red. Of course Ryan asked her about the hair color and she said she just tried it out. She gyrated and jiggled and jumped around a little too much. If nothing else, she is a true performer with the most powerful lungs! The way Simon was looking at her said just the opposite. It was a true WTF? moment.

Jessica Simpson licked cake off of Tony Romo’s face at his birthday party and pretty much looked like a fool and now they have called it quits. This girl just can’t catch a break. I’m beginning to think that Nick Lachey is the best she will ever do.
Apparently Tony was in Chicago over the weekend partying with old college buddies and he told them it was over. That he and Jessica are no longer a couple. So what do they do? They had a friend bring a truckload of girls to the party!
I’m assuming Jessica will be solo at Ashlee’s “secret” wedding to Pete Wentz this Saturday.

Reports of Nate Doggs Death Untrue
Today Mediatakeout.com reported that Nathaniel Dawayne Hale, aka Nate Dogg, had passed away from complications from a stroke he had back in 2007. Of course they were wrong, had to retract the story and issue an apology.

Nate Dogg had his stroke on Dec. 19, 2007. He was released from hospital on Dec. 26. Although he was reported to be recovering in a rehab, the left side of his body is paralyzed.

Lebron James scolds his mother during game
Paul Pierce wrapped his arms around Lebron James to stop the Cavaliers’ star from getting an easy dunk. They ended up in the first rows of the crowd then Lebron’s mother, Gloria James jumped up and started yelling in Paul Pierce’s face.
Lebron responded saying to his mom, “Sit your a** down”. Now I know some of you are furious that he would talk to his mom like that. No, it wasn’t a good idea but in his defense, he was at his job in a very intense situation and I know the adrenaline was pumping and plus he was probably embarrassed
“I told her to sit down, in some language I shouldn’t have used. Thank God today wasn’t Mother’s Day.” Lebron James told the Associated Press when interviewed on the incident.
Mariah Carey on Ellen
Mariah Carey was on Ellen’s show and she tells everything. How she and Nick designed each other’s ring, how they told guests they were filming a video shoot in the Bahamas to get everyone there, and she talks about the infamous tattoos. He has “Mariah” stretching across the top of his back. She has “Mrs. Cannon” with a butterfly in the small of hers. Great interview…Watch it
Rapper Remy Ma sentenced to 8 years in prison
A New York City judge sentenced Remy Ma to eight years in prison Tuesday for shooting a woman outside a Manhattan nightclub.
“I feel so bad for all the physical and mental pain you’ve gone through,” the Grammy-nominated rapper told the victim. “This has taken a toll on us and both our families. I would never wish you harm and I pray the best for all of us.”
She got off easy considering she faced up to 25 years. She was convicted of assault, weapon possession and attempted coercion for shooting Makeda Barnes Joseph last July in a dispute over money.
Remy Ma, whose real name is Remy Smith, begged the judge for leniency for the sake of “my little boy,” saying she grew up “surrounded by failure, violence and poverty,” but “made something out of nothing” from her life.
State Supreme Court Justice Rena Uviller said she recognized that Smith had had a difficult childhood, but noted the victim had nearly died and will never be the same physically. Uviller called the rapper “a young woman whose anger is out of control.”
After the sentencing, her fiance, fellow rapper Papoose, started screaming in a hallway to the victim, “All you want is money!”

The couple had planned to wed last weekend at the Rikers Island jail, where Smith has been incarcerated. Correction officials said they called off the wedding after Papoose showed up with a handcuff key.
Of course he claims the key couldnt open handcuffs but he was sanctioned by not being able to visit Rikers Island again for six months. He was asked to leave and has been barred from the prison until November.

Sue Simmons uses the F Word on Air
Sue Simmons, a WNBC anchor in NYC, cursed on air last night. During the 10PM hour, the station featured a brief promo for the 11PM hour about rising grocery prices when footage of a cruise ship came up and Sue shouted “What the fuck are you doing?!” There was a few seconds of silence. I’m pretty sure everyone was trying to hold back laughter.
She later came back during her broadcast and apologized saying, “I have to acknowledge an unfortunate incident. I used a word that many people find offensive. It was a mistake I made and I’m truly sorry.”

Tmz has pics of Suge Knight on the ground after getting hit with one punch by a guy who had just been beaten by Knight and his entourage.
Suge was at Shag nightclub in Los Angeles when he began arguing with a man his friends had been talking with. A witness overheard Suge say, “I want my money!”. Suge and his entourage beat the guy to the ground, but the man got up and landed a right hook on Suge’s face, knocking him out for around three minutes.
